Family Law

We understand that it is an emotionally draining time for those who are going through a breakdown of a relationship or breakdown of family. In addition to the services that we provide in our family law practice, we care about our clients and take an interest in our clients general mental well being.

We are able to assist our clients with advice, negotiating, mediation, and litigation for the following family law areas;

  •  Financial Disputes and Financial Agreements – We assist with the finalisation of the property and financial matters by way of  financial agreements or consent orders. A financial agreement must be carefully drafted to ensure that it meets the particular legislative requirements. Financial agreements can be entered into prior to a relationship, during a relationship or post relationship breakdown.
  • Parenting Arrangements – We provide guidance and assistance with parenting issues such as the living arrangements of the children, issues dealing with the care and development of the children, the maintenance of the children and the parental responsibility of the children.
  • Divorce – Our office is able to seamlessly process divorce applications and we ensure that the criteria is met to ensure that the divorce application is compliant.
  • Intervention Orders – Whether an intervention order is needed for family violence or for personal safety, our office provides our clients with advice in relation to the intervention order and we attend court on behalf of our clients.
