Steven is a Partner of the firm. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1983 and admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2016. Steven completed his Articles with leading Melbourne law firm, Russell Kennedy & Cook. After a stint with Coopers & Lybrand he focused on tax and commercial law before embarking on a senior corporate career which included ten years working in Singapore and Indonesia. Steven has worked for many years with commercial contracts, purchase and sale of businesses, leasing, contracts and wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate matters. W. John Gilbert B. Juris LL B (Consultant) John was admitted to practice in 1975. He has extensive experience in legal practice including property development, syndication, finance and contract advice. He has served as a partner of Clements Mott and Bett which then merged to become Ridgeway Clements. Philip then became a partner of Gadens – a major national law firm.
